The State Seals of Biliteracy website is a part of the Equity & Access to State Seals of Biliteracy Initiative sponsored by the Center for Advanced Research on Language Education (CARLA) at the University of Minnesota in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education World Languages Division and the Multilingual Education program in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota.
